I’ve mostly been using Qello on my phone, it’s been really easy to get around. Who wants to spend forever figuring out where everything is, right? The search works well, the menus are straightforward, and I can usually find something and start watching without any hassle. Streaming has been smooth for me so far too. It’s just nice when an app works the way you expect it to without turning into a whole project.

I was interested in trying Qello because the concert stuff looked cool, like something I’d actually use when I’m in the mood to watch live performances.

But yeah, the pricing part kind of threw me off. I kept looking around trying to figure out what I’d be charged after signing up, and it just wasn’t as obvious as I expected. Maybe I missed it, but I don’t love having to click through a bunch of pages just to understand a subscription.

The service itself might be totally fine, and I’m not saying it’s bad. I just think they need to make the cost and billing terms way easier to spot upfront, because guessing with subscriptions is not really something I want to do

I’ve enjoyed the concerts overall, and to be fair, the quality is definitely there. That said, the subscription feels a bit on the expensive side for what I personally use it for. I wouldn’t call it a bad deal, but I do think the price could be a little more balanced.

I mostly use Qello on my smart TV, and the concert selection is solid. When it’s working right, it’s great to throw on a live show and just let it play in the background or watch the whole thing.
That said, the TV app can be really frustrating. It’s slow when browsing, freezes here and there, and a few times it randomly kicked me back to the home screen. What annoys me most is that it’s not always clear what’s going on or if something is being fixed, so you’re kind of left guessing. I still like the service, but the app definitely needs to be smoother.

I was kind of expecting to run into dead links or missing concerts because that usually happens to me, and I don’t always have the patience to dig around forever. But the ones I wanted were actually licensed and available to watch, which was a nice surprise. It was easy to find everything too, so no complaints from me. Definitely 5 stars.

I signed up hoping there would be a wider mix of music styles, but it felt a little limited for what I was looking for. A lot of it seemed to lean toward the same kind of sound, so I didn’t really find much that matched my taste. It might work well for others, but I ended up canceling quickly

I signed up for qello.com thinking I’d use it more, but after a bit I realized it just wasn’t something I was opening much. So I reached out about getting a refund. The first response took a couple days, which was a little annoying, but they did get back to me and didn’t turn it into some huge back-and-forth thing.

The refund hit my card a few days later. Was it lightning fast? Nope. For a second I was like, okay, here we go, this is going to be a whole ordeal. But then it just showed up and that was that. Overall, not the fastest process, but fair and the support team handled it decently

I was having trouble with casting and wasn’t sure what was going on... but the help I got was quick and actually fixed it. Really appreciate it, thanks!

I signed up for the free trial mostly assuming it’d be just okay, but I wanted to watch a few old concerts and it worked perfectly on my TV. I also figured canceling would be annoying, but it was actually easy and there was no drama.

The site looks fine at first, but it was kind of annoying to use. The menus were confusing, so I ended up clicking around a lot just to find the concerts I was looking for. The search didn’t really help either, which made the whole thing take longer than it should have. It’s not terrible, but it definitely needs some work.

I had a login issue and support got back to me quickly. They sorted it out without any hassle, which was a "nice surprise." No big drama, just quick help when I needed it.

It works fine on most of my devices, so I guess I can’t complain too much. My phone runs it without any issues and it’s actually smooth there. But the TV app glitches sometimes, which is frustrating, even though overall I still think it’s decent.

I tried watching a few concerts on Qello, but the sound quality was disappointing. It came across flat and muffled, and at times the volume seemed to jump around for no reason. For a site that’s all about music, the audio really needs to be better. Since I’m careful about what subscriptions I keep, I didn’t feel like this was worth paying for and ended up canceling quickly.

I’ve found some really good concerts on here and the video quality is usually solid but browsing around the app feels kind of clunky. It also freezes on my TV now and then which is annoying when I’m in the middle of a stream.

I mainly got Qello because I wanted to watch older live shows, the library is kind of a goldmine. I found concerts I’d only ever seen tiny clips of online, plus a bunch of random ones I didn’t even know existed and suddenly had to watch immediately.
It doesn’t have every single band I search for, so it’s not magic or anything, but there’s still a ridiculous amount to dig through. I’ve definitely already lost more evenings to it than planned. Solid 4 stars from me.

I got good reach from the ads overall, so I’m happy with the results!!! The setup was a little clunky at first and took some figuring out, but once things were running it worked well enough!!!

I’ve found a few concert sets on there that I couldn’t track down anywhere else, which was a nice surprise. The app isn’t flawless every single time, but for me the content makes up for it. Sometimes it just feels right to throw on a full concert at home, and this is great for that.

Maybe it works great in other countries, but where I live it’s basically not worth using. Has anyone else had the same issue with stuff being blocked? I probably wouldn’t bother again unless they sort out the access problems.
